One of the advantages of 40ft International Standards Organization (ISO) shipping container is that you will know what you are receiving. ISO shipping containers are manufactured with identical size specification in terms of exterior height, exterior width and exterior length. Conditions of containers vary from new "One Trip" units, IICL-5, Cargo Worthy, Wind and Water Tight and "As Is".

The 40ft shipping container are ideal for the commercial, industrial and rural storage needs. A 40 foot container has 2,350cu.ft. of interior space and can transport up to 59,200lbs. Each 40ft container for sale are comprised of 14-gauge corrugated steel and marine grade plywood flooring with a safe and secure cargo door on one end of the container.

One thing to consider when purchasing or leasing a 40ft container is the space needed for delivery. Most people think that since they have 40ft of space that they will be able to accommodate a 40ft container. Typical rule of thumb for delivery space needed for any container is twice the length of the container plus 10ft. Adequate height and width need to be taken into consideration for delivery as well.

Another advantage is the 40ft ISO container is it only costs about 1.4 times more than a 20ft storage container making them much cheaper per square foot. We offer 40ft storage containers in all condition levels from new "One Trip" units, IICL-5, Cargo Worthy, Wind and Water Tight and "As Is".
