While some shipping containers come with different types of doors, in many instances there is one access door on one short side of the container. Depending on your purposes, it may not be enough to have just one door to get into the space. It could make it a tight fit if you plan on using it for a retail space or other purposes You may find a cargo container that has access that better fits your needs than the one access door, but you can also customize the doorways.

There are a number of different options that you have available to you to create the perfect space for your needs. Some of the most common custom doors are roll-up doors and personnel walk-through doors. Roll-up doors are great for tight spaces to give more room in accessing the outside of the unit. These doors can be installed on the sides of the container or the opposite ends.
